Seattle Sea Gal Karen Godwin did miss the I-90 freeway to float gently back to the Issaquah airport in 1982. She and two other Sea Gals, Torii Bosler and Robin Houlbjerg checked an item off their bucket list by parachuting back to earth early that spring.
