The Seattle Seahawks were introduced to the 2006 season following a 2005 Super Bowl appearance. The Seahawks returned to the ’06 playoffs defeating the Dallas Cowboys 21-20 before losing to the Chicago Bears in the divisional round 27-24 in overtime.
