The Kingdome – Loud, Louder, Loudest

The Kingdome, home to the NFL franchise Seattle Seahawks from 1976 to 1999, became renowned for its extremely noisy confines. So much so that the league instituted a noise rule in 1985 in an attempt to quiet home field fan participation.

    I have some very fond memories of watching football games there, and even fonder memories of some of those Seahawks teams. Awesome!

      Went to the last regular season game against the Chiefs. It was absolutely incredible. Grbac could not even be heard in the huddle. One of the best experiences I have ever had.
